Tips for Best Results
- Use the highest-resolution source images you have — the converter never upscales.
- If file size matters, compress your JPGs first with our Image Compressor, then convert.
- Pick Fit to Image if every image has the same aspect ratio. Otherwise A4 is safer for printing.
- Use the Small margin preset for screenshots so text stays readable.
Which Page Size Should You Choose?
The page-size setting decides how your images sit on each PDF page. Picking the right one avoids unwanted borders or cropping:
- Fit to Image — Each page is sized exactly to its image, with no white border. Best for screenshots, social graphics, and anything viewed on screen.
- A4 (210 × 297 mm) — The international standard. Choose this if the PDF will be printed outside the US or shared with most of the world.
- US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) — The North American print standard. Use it for documents you'll print in the US or Canada.
- Legal (8.5 × 14 in) — For long forms and legal paperwork that need the extra page height.
Tip: if your images are all the same shape, "Fit to Image" gives the cleanest result. If they're mixed (some portrait, some landscape) and the file will be printed, a fixed size like A4 keeps every page consistent.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a file-size or page limit?
No hard limit. Because everything runs in your browser, the practical cap is your device RAM. Most phones handle 100+ images without issue.
Will the tool reduce image quality?
No. Images are embedded at their original resolution. PDF size is roughly the sum of the source image sizes.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
Never. The entire conversion is performed locally using jsPDF. Your files never leave your device.
Can I reorder pages after uploading?
Yes. Drag any thumbnail to reorder. Click the X icon on a thumbnail to remove that page before converting.
Which formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, GIF, and SVG. Animated GIFs are flattened to their first frame.
