Edit PDF Documents Online
Add text and images to any PDF page. Creatorr's PDF editor lets you overlay new content on top of your existing document. Choose fonts, sizes, and colors for text, or insert PNG/JPG images anywhere on the page.
Features
- Add Text — Click "Add Text to Page" to place editable text with your choice of font, size, and color.
- Insert Images — Upload PNG or JPG images and click "Add Image to Page" to place them.
- Multi-page — Navigate between pages and add content to any page.
- Drag & position — Drag placed elements to reposition them precisely.
- Undo — Remove the last added element with one click.
Common Use Cases
- Filling non-interactive forms — Many government and insurance PDFs lack fillable fields. Use the text tool to type directly on the form.
- Adding a company logo — Place your logo image on an invoice, proposal, or certificate before sending it to a client.
- Correcting typos — Overlay new text on top of small errors in finished documents rather than re-exporting from the source file.
- Annotating blueprints — Add measurements, labels, or revision notes over architectural or engineering drawings.
- Preparing training materials — Insert callouts, arrows (via images), and highlight text on slides exported to PDF.
Edit PDF vs. PDF Annotator
The Edit PDF tool adds permanent text and images directly to the page stream — the content becomes part of the PDF. The PDF Annotator adds highlights, sticky notes, and freehand drawings as annotation layers. Choose Edit PDF when you need permanent content; choose the Annotator for review-style markup.
Tips for Best Results
- Zoom in before placing text so you can position it precisely on the page.
- Use a font color that contrasts with the background for readability.
- Upload images with a transparent background (PNG) when overlaying on colored sections.
- After editing, flatten the PDF to lock all layers, then password-protect if needed.
